I don’t live in Canada, do you ship to my country?

More than likely we do! If you find that we don’t, send us a message here - telling us to add your country to the list. We’re constantly adding new destinations.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate, based on where we’re shipping to. Full shipping information can be found here.


When will my order arrive?

Generally all orders are shipped via Ground (unless you selected expedited shipping). Please allow for up to 3 days for order processing and payment verification. Once your items have shipped, please allow up to 10 days for them to arrive at your door (or P.O. Box). For international orders, please allow up to 21 days for the order to arrive at your door step or Post Box.


Where is my order being shipped from?

From one of our two distribution centres, conveniently located in Alberta, Canada and California, United States.


Why do the billing and shipping addresses need to match?

This is another step in our fraud prevention.


Do you restock your inventory often?

More often than not, (no pun intended) we restock our shelves often. Certain items, such a seasonal or limited edition items, will not be restocked.


Do you publish product release dates?

Item release dates are shared via various social media channels and our newsletter. Be sure to like us, follow us and sign up for our newsletter to find out the product release information. Our social media channels can be located here or at the bottom of the page.


I’m a contest winner, how do I claim my prize? I was given a prize card by the Street Crew, how do I claim my prize?

First off, CONGRATULATIONS! For contest winners, we generally contact you, but in rare cases if you are announced as a winner and we haven’t contacted you, please contact us immediately. The same applies to prize cards given out by the Street Crew or prize cards found in your orders. Our Customer Service Specialists will gladly assist you, simply email us info@altitudesupplyco.ca


I’m unsure of my size, do you have a size chart?

We sure do, it can be found here.


The size I bought doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?

We certainly want to see you happy and will gladly exchange the product for you. Follow the instructions listed here and we will begin the exchange process for you.
