Returns & Exchange Policy

Quality is (and always will be) one of our highest priorities. We guarantee that our products are free of manufacturing defects and will gladly accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Altitude Supply Co. gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or that is defective. 

Canada Customers

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please send the item back to us at the address below within 30 days of the original purchase using any trackable method, at your expense. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

              - Your name and billing address
              - The name, address and postal code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
              - The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
              - The item number of the merchandise, if available

U.S. Customers

Any orders placed through our website can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please send the item back to us at the address below within 60 days of original purchase using any trackable method, at your expense. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information inside the box with your return:

           - Your name and billing address
           - The name, address and ZIP Code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
           - The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
           - The item number of the merchandise, if available

U.K. Customers

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase by emailing us at info@altitudesupplyco.ca to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization. Our customer service crew will provide you will instructions on where returns should be shipped. We will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rates as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges. However, if you cancel your order within 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the items canceled and the delivery charges. Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
